HD Full Message

Has anyone any advice on the following before I contact Turbosat?

I have been unable to record anything at all on my Toppy as I keep getting a message to say the HD is full. Also when checking in Recording Archives it tells me that I have 0MB used and 0MB availabe - very strange!

Any ideas?

Try crashing the Toppy; just unplug at the mains; while the Toppy is fully on. Wait a minute, then restore power
I dont hold out much hope this will work but worth a try.
You could also try resetting Factory defaults. It is second item in the Installation Menu. This will remove all your station settings so you will have to do the Service Search again. (should be easier than last time ).
If you have changed any settings they will need to be changed again as well after the Factory Setting.
James at Turbosat is very helpful if none of this to any avail.
You may have a faulty HDD or HDD power supply or power to HDD connection problem.

Glad you are sorted; lets hope you can start to make some recordings and get to watch some TV.

In addition to DigitalSpy http://www.toppy.org.uk/
is also a great source of information about the Toppy.
