Nigel - lost any lingering shred of sympathy when he said to Christine "Go away, you foolish old woman". That was just unspeakable - and so is he. It actually made me vote.

Rhona - definitely improving - and I almost warmed to her as she struggled to keep a straight face when Darren was singing that ludicrous song

Darren - that song was the most excruciatingly awful, and funny, moment of the entire week. I don't know how Rhona managed to control herself. Or the rest of them, for that matter.
the message was clear: "I'm a repentant celebrity: Please don't throw me out first".

Who should go first - Nigel or Darren? Darren or Nigel? It's a tough one.
Wish we could vote for them to leave rather than to stay..

Apart from his truly abysmal singing I thought Darren came over quite well actually!

I would certainly have voted for Nigel out first - still we can vote for as many celebs to stay in as we like - isn't that kind of them!

we cant vote for who we want out though. we can only vote for who we want left in. I also want to see Nigel or Darren go, Possibly Nigel on balance, but if its the least number of votes who goes, then it might be someone like Tony or Nell, because although most people dont want them out first, they probabaly want one of the others to win , as it is somewhat marginalised.

Oh man, I was crying with laughter at that point!

As for who goes first - Darren or Nigel? Neither of them have done anything to get any sympathy from me recently. Darren sulking cos he thinks people don't like him? Well, you're right pal - we don't like you, you **** - get over yourself! And Nigel having a go at Christine? I just knew he was gonna do that. He's finished with Rhona so he needs someone else to pick on. That man is so predictable!
I don't care which one of them goes first - they both need booted off the show ASAP!

i agree rhona redeemed herself slightly during the "ballad"..very funny !
darren - why oh why did he sing that crappy song ? i bet they were all hoping for a ditty from joseph...but what did they get ? a gary barlow ballad without any input from gary barlow ! cringeing.
nigel - i have tried so hard to find something i like about this man and the only thing i have found is the fact that he will be off our screens forever soon. just who did he think he was talking to when he attacked christine ? how bloody rude..worse than when he attacked rhona ! good for christine ..she rained on his fire by refusing to rise to the bait, perhaps rhona should have taken a leaf from the wise book of christine.
p.s.
i thought the way both darren and nigel talk and treat tara is despicable ,,,,, if that is how they treat people they like

I think it's how they treat women they like!

Mind you Darren had a point in the great farting argument - but I expect it's a guy thing!

Some might say she deserved that after the trouble she caused!

As a Rhona fan, I actually surprised myself cos I found myself thinking her smirking to Darren was a little rude. Reading it here though, I guess you're right, she was trying to contain herself & Darren was a complete ********, I'd have pissed myself if I was there!
Someone else has said something interesting - the way Nigel & Darren treat Tara is awful, never thought of that, you're right though, they're just using here cos they know she needs them.

I agree that Nigel was completely disrespectful when he had a go at Christine, that's just not on, she's a 52 year old woman for god's sake & she had a pro-boxer right in her face, showing agression & pointing at her. Bad show!

Actually, she was both being rude and "trying" to contain herself, imo.

I quite agree.

Well, that's completely totally prejudiced of you.
Unfair ageism - are people to be treated differently just beacuase they're older than you? Of course not, that just wrong.
Sexism - she shouldn't be treated differently from if she was a man, just because she's a woman. Blatant prejudice there.
Careerism - just because the poor guy is a boxer, why should you hold him to higher standards than everyone else? That totally unfair and uncalled for

You lot really should try treating everyone totally equally - isn't that the whole idea of eqality, that many people over the years have given up their loves and freedom for? Quite disgusting.

Loved Darren's argument. "It's cos we're from different backgrounds, Tara"

Right Darren. Down here in the working classes we are always charmed by plenty of farting.

I actually didn't mind Darren too much tonight, and thought Rhona was just rude giggling at him. Yes, it was a crap song, but he was making a (sort of) serious point, and being a bit humble, which is surely to be encouraged. Also, the man is a singer. This is the way in which he communicates best, and he was using the crappy song to make a point which he would probably have been unable to make in his own words.

Very true.
Darren is a singer, as you said. He tries to communicate a point by singing. Fair dues to the bloke. However, certain people here knock him for it.

Strangely, these are the same people religiously standing up for Rhona's bad behaviour at times saying "she'c a comic, she was obviously joking! That's what she does to get a point over!"

Please....

Stop picking on Darren - he's not that bad - he has a lovely girlfriend (by the sound of it) so I'm sure he isn't such a monster. By the way, I like that song, I don't think he did a bad job of it. Darren has made mistakes but has apologised, both to individuals and the group. He handled his challenges well. He was upset that people didn't appear to like him - well, wouldn't most people be.

Why is everyone getting at him so much. Do you really think you would have done so much better than him, and the other celebrities?

I think they have all handled it pretty well - I congratulate them all. What more would you have had them do - apart from be bloody saints in the most difficult of conditions.

I'm with him ^^^

On the whole Darren seems to have come across a lot better and to admit he has a shocking temper, which is more than that excruciately awful Nigel managed.... what a complete and utter tw*t he is... like Cybele said - enough to make me vote (and it takes a lot!). I wanna see Nigel squirm tomorrow night!

Oh yeah, and Darren did a blinder with the task... well done man! The singing wasn't great, but I thought Rhona as a stage artiste herself might have been a little more decorous about it - it's pretty hard to sing front of camera from memory, no music 'an all. Rhona didn't come across better in my book on that score... at least the others took it in better part.

Yes, I thought he came across better tonight although, to be honest, he would've been hard pushed to come across any worse than he did last night after that childish tantrum he threw re. the pedicure.

Yes, I thought Darren did well on the task, too. No whinging, no terror, just a decision to get on with it. On a related note, Darren was an awful lot braver about being bitten by a snake than Nigel, too, if you think about their tasks.

Definately.
However you've also got to bear in mind that it was bravery in retrospect. "Ah shit man, there was a snake in that box" after the event is a bit different to knowingly putting your hand in a box with dozens of snakes after one of the buggers bit you.

Yes, but he did yell when it bit him at the time, & still carried on. Respect to that 'boy from the street'!!

OMG nelly-j I am shocked and very disappointed

that 'crappy song' was a Robbie Williams special (from the albun sing when you're winning', and when sang by the man himself is a lovely tune)

Nigal got a backhander tonight, Darren had his yesterday. And I hope one of them gets the knockout punch tomorrow night. I have no idea how old the pair of them are. What ever age it is they both need anger management sessions real soon.
Horrible,Horrible Men both of them.
