Does anyone know of any South African virtual numbers?

So far the cheapest way of calling a landline from the UK seems to be with a 0844 number.

The cheapest I've found is not using VoIP, but from a regular landline at 2p/min*

This is as above with an 0844 access number (These I don't really like, as you are charged whilst the destination is ringing or is busy etc) however if it is a really low rate then it may be worth the hassle.
