Just read about this dual satellite and freeview PVR on another
thread. Does anyone have one, are they any good? I'm moving house on friday and will have access to a sky minidish so would this work as a freesat from sky reciever aswell as a freeview one?

it should work, bvut it will only have a single tuner for each system.
although at its not cheap
Tracsat sell them here as do
creatibve satelite as well as turbosat
although they cost around £430-£500

Yes, it'll work, subject to the LNB on your dish being OK, but seriously, there's nowt on Freesat but a box of frogs. If you already have a TF5800T you'd find it cheaper to email david@turbosat.com and buy a TF5010 masterpiece (sat) twin tuner, change the LNB for a twin (so you can record) and keep the TF5800. The rcu's are different between these two and you'll not find yourself in "remote hell".

Even better: buy a motor and dish (no more than £150) install it yourself (piece of ****); get a Dragon and learn a foreign language on 30W!!

Clever old rhubarbe forgot that the real box of frogs is the EPG on Astra2 28.2°E channels. Yuk.
