Let's face it, with Darren's percieved (and probable too) plummet in popularity just before the vote-offs start, it's odd that suddenly they find themselves in a big intrigue of a mystery for us to be strung along with. Evil Mister Darren probably tricked poor naive Tara to go along with his cunning plans to keep them both in.

In my real life, I am very happy with my bf of 6 years, so no, that's not how I behave. However, I reserve the right to fancy anyone I choose, particularly if I should ever be single in the future, as Tara is.

The evidence is circumstantial.

We saw Darren hand a note to Nigel 'claiming' it was from Tara and saying she was sexually persuing him.

We heard Darren tell Christine, Tara was pestering him for sex.

We heard Christine blag to Tony and Nell and anyone else who would listen that Tara was acting up because she was sexually frustrated because Darren rejected her.

Incidentally it's reported that he and Tara had a good snogging session the other night - he wasn't adverse to her then.

Earlier on in the week Darren was telling Nigel that he had the hots for Tara but was trying to remember he was engaged.
It seems that he has conveniently forgotten this on quite a few occasions in the past - hence his unfortunate record with women.

Quite true fq, and it seems to have been glossed over since the 'sensational revelation' a few nights back? Is it because there was no substance in Darrens allegation?

Excuse me but are the trio looking down on TPT scientists or philanthropists, doctors or novelists?

I can see that Tara might be irritating 24/7 but a bit more awareness of our lack of interest in who might or might not do the washing up or pile the logs might serve them well.

Tara is as crazy as a box of frogs - but I have found her incredibly entertaining, very funny - and I think she is honest in that "what you see is what you get". She never tries to deny the fact that she is loaded and has a pampered life. Yes, she's daft, yes she's highly emotional, but she's not malicious, she recognises her faults and apologises for her bad behaviour. Rhona seems pretty much on the level too - she seems to be mellowing as time goes on. Nell is just boring and has no personality. Meanwhile - Christine (I spit her name with vitriol) tries to pretend that she is everyone's mother whilst doing granny flirting with the men and is vicious and spiteful when using her enormous wooden spoon for stirring. She never apologises when she's caught out with her back stabbing and denies things she's said rather than confess and take criticism. She's patronising and sanctimonious and the sooner she goes back home to wipe Neil's bum the better. Tony tried hard to retain his "Nicey" image, but has degenerated into an old **** who is jealous of people with more money than him. Darren wears a different mask to suit a situation - is now desperately trying to get the public on side and prove he is a faithful boyfriend, he will continue in this saintly role because he probably believes that as he hasn't been voted off yet, that he has regained popularity by being vile about Tara ("she's got more chance of sh***ing the pope" - oh yes, Darren, like you'd throw her out of bed). - I'm voting for Tara tonight. I think the camp will be a very boring place without her and I want to be entertained when I watch T.V.

Christine was the leader yesterday, Darren today - from what I saw on ITV2 last night when Darren got his instructions, he didn't do much leading, it was all Christine.... She just can't keep out!

I think that's maybe what Tara was getting at when she was blubbing in the Bush Telegraph last night. She is (was) enjoying herself - she has found the real her. She has never had to make her own bed, feed herself, clean up after herself, live like what she is living just now and she's really enjoying it. That's where all the excitement is coming from. And they are telling her to pipe down - they should maybe let her get on with it and should be happy that she's there.

I agree fruitie - I taped last night's show (how sad is that?) - just watched it again.

I do think she is totally aware of how she is viewed by most people, and has admitted she tries to rebel against the image of 'spoilt rich kid'. This show has given her the opportunity to really taste the simple things of life - and good for her - she is enjoying it. She's not moaning and whining about the lack of washing facilities, being constipated (Mr Day) or the food, or the inability to go shopping. She's really making the very best of the situation and is doing more than any of them to keep boredom at bay - making Rhona some kind of strange builders bum outfit on last night's show....I know she's eccentric and bonkers - but I think she deserves a pat on the back for coping so well. It's hardly surprising she gets upset by continuous put downs. I thought it was interesting that she is so sensitive about being clumsy - it's is obviously her Achilles Heel - perhaps she's slightly dyspraxic? Christine is a foul nasty woman - as I always thought. Wish we could vote for people we wanted to leave - my re-dial button would be red hot.

Again ... I agree that she has reason to question her treatment as some of them have been criticising her for being childish/loud/clumsy ...

personally i find tara excessively annoying and think that it was perfectly justified calling her spoilt and rich quite simply because she is and has proved it on numerous occasions. Yesterday she was worse than ever, it seemed to me that no one could so much as talk to her without her taking it the wrong way, i think everyone has tried to be really nice to her especially christine and i agree entirely with what christine said too, i think she is taking her problems with darren out on everyone which is completly unfair.
Anything that christine and tony may have said about her was IMO fully justified, im amazed they havent said far worse having to live with her 24/7

having said all that, i wouldnt say that i dislike tara and she can be very amusing at times and im sure she will learn a lot and gain a lot from this
