... has to go to Mike and Leanne.

This certain aspect of the story I have loved. These two just play off each other brilliantly and there have been some lovely little scenes and one liners from these two.

"Today he think I'm Maggie"

"But what's the connection"

"Mike, are you hungry?"
"Are you cooking?"
"Yeah"
"Then I ain't hungry"

It's such a shame that there are only going to be a few more scenes between these two but what do you think to their partnership?

I think Dot and Jim are a great onscreen partnership - they can do comedy and heavy drama and pull it all off well.

I also like Boyd and Grace in Waking the Dead as a partnership, again they do comedic moments and serious drama well together

Stacey & Ruby's friendship reminds me alot of Zoe & Kelly, though by herself Ruby is almost like a second Zoe

I agree with you totally. I think Corrie has handled Mike's illness brilliantly. I have experience of dealing with someone with Alzheimers and although its a terrible illness and ultimately is very frustrating and heartbreaking for all concerned, there are moments of humour and I think Corrie has shown this brilliantly with the whole Leanne/Mike partnership (leaving the others to do the more heartbreaking frustrating scenes).

Partnerships for me would have to be

Steve and Karen
Bet and Alec
Norris and Rita
