See this thread... http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/...threadid=23256

Can't remember the outcome though, I think basically the names are stored with unique IDs when the SIM/Phone is made, so the code that used to be associated with One2One, is now associated with a name of T-Mobile. As far as I'm aware, this label can't be changed at a later date.

I started the other thread. Your mobile should definately updated by now. I would get on to T-Mobile about it (dial 150 from your mobile)

You will need to be sent a special text message to reset your sim card. I would demand that they do this or send you a new sim card.

Good Luck

I've just sent an e-mail to T-Mobile asking them to update my phone.

A friend of mine has exactly the same phone and theirs has been updated.

Mine's an unlocked Vodafone with a T-Mobile SIM card inserted. I'm wondering if that's the reason it still shows the One2One logo.

It's no biggie, but it would be nice to have the phone updated.

I bought my 8310 about six weeks before the rebrand, and it still hasn't been updated. I spoke to (Birmingham?) Customer Service and apparently they're still sending out updates to phones - the advisor said his phone was only updated last Saturday, and three or four of his colleagues have phones that still say One2One on them.

From what I last heard (I work in the industry) T-Mobile have been sending the updates out in bursts. We still see alot of phones with One2One on the screen, probably more than T-Mobile. Alot of T-Mobiles official documentation still has 121 on it!
They have been having a few computer problems lately as regard to new customers, don't know if this could have any effect on the update but you never know.
