Darren is a lying slimebag. He clearly stated on camera the other day that he had been receiving 2 to 3 notes a day from Tara. Yet, after 10 days in the jungle, he says "yes, I've got 2 (or 3)"in total ....Make up your mind, Dazza!...and then states that the best one is back at the hotel. What?!

Sorry Mesos, but a lot of the time your posts are mis-spelled, ungrammatical & badly written. That doesn't mean that you are incapable of writing an article - you'd probably be rather good at it, given a decent editor, and so would Tara. There's really not a huge difference in intellectual capacity - you're both very entertaining & amusing, despite perhaps not being the most naturally gifted writers in the world. Try to give her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps, just like you asked us to with Rhona...

Darren said to Nigel while Christine was listening: “Two or three times a day she has passed me notes on camera saying I can’t wait to get you back to the hotel to f*** you. I want to spend all afternoon f***ing you.”

It's most surprising, considering all the talk in this forum about Nigel being a new born christian, and having first hand knowledge of the notes from Darren himself, that he was the most supportive JM towards Tara.

In the interview he said: “Tara has a baby spirit. She is a little girl who wants to be looked after.”. If the notes were so terrible as Darren has been implying, he wouldn't have said that. The way that Darren behaved later towards Nigel means there is something missing in between. Could it be perhaps Darren got annoyed that his campaign to discredit Tara didn't work with Nigel?

On the other hand Christine said: “Revenge is a dish best eaten cold. Keep your powder dry.”

Most interesting in my opinion. Very telling about Mrs Hamilton ways of approaching situations.

It looks very much like that alot was said that we missed.
I was quite surprised to see Darren call Nigel a lightweight to Christine.
Maybe Daren gave Nigel a lecture on loyalty, and Nigel wanted none of that sh*t.

I think that maybe Darren thought Nigel would automatically support him with all this lettergate stuff. You know, lads together and all that. Nigel's bound to back him up, after all, Tara is only a flaky, rich girl isn't she?

but I feel that Darren underestimated Nigel. Nigel may be a tough guy, but I think he has a moral backbone. He probably saw all this letter nonsense as stuff that belongs in the school playground. he was having none of it.

Nigel's streetwise, and could spot a phoney trying to claim to be from the street a mile off. I noticed that Darren would come out with this type of spiel, and talk about his career, while Nigel would simply listen, not say much, and was probably sussing Darren out all the time.
Darren coming out calling him "man" and "bro" at the end of every sentence, must have made Nigel feel very patronized.

I think at the end, Nigel didn't see Darren as a man.

Like you say, he was more on Tara's side than ever at the end, "keep that spirit girl" were his last words to her.

Damn, I wish Nigel was still there.

In bitch central last night, we even had some of the Jungle-mates slagging off Tara's LIFE.

They were questioning what Tara was good at, and what she actually did of any worth.
Was this relevant to anything?

Or was it contributing something worthwhile to the group?

Well Uri actually took time to have a deep conversation with Tara, and found some things about her.
Out of the camp, he has a lot of good words to say about her unmentioned talents.
She has got intellect, is a concert pianist, wow, I never knew that.

So when Christine tells her little gang that she asked Tara what she was famous for, or talented at, Tara replied "Nothing".
Then Christine gave a knowing look to everyone in the group, as though she's uncovered something.

Why should Tara answer with anything else? She hasn't alluded to be talented at anything in the first place.
Seems quite modest to me, when we know that she does have hidden talents.

She became famous for being an " It " girl in the early nineties, she hasn't pretended otherwise.

Let's go back to Christine.

Question: Christine what are you famous for?
Answer: For being the overbearing wife of a politician who was found guilty of accepting cash for questions.
And trying to milk the media for every single penny of cash possible, to pay off the debts due to the court case.

Question: Christine, what are you good at?
Answer: Being a celebrity who has no obvious talent or ability other than to appear on shows such as this.

Question: Christine, why are you on this very show?
Answer: Answer is in the first question.

Question: Christine, don't you think it was rather stupid for you to criticise Tara of something that you are guilty of yourself?

p.s. Nigel was absolutely correct to say that everyone there was a celebrity of D-list status.

Alrightmate - I love you. You eloquently describe my sentiments about Tara and Christine exactly. Christine is so smug and self righteous - yet what has she ever done of any merit? Tara at least has the self insight to acknowledge her own faults and shortcomings - and that quality in itself is very endearing. Just hoping Christine goes tonight.

Notice how ill at ease he was during the interviews with A & D and on ITV2? He pulled at his ears, scratched them. shifted in his seat and generally didnpt know where to look. I hope it all comes crashing down on his sorry head.

Darren said that Tara had started writing him notes at the hotel but that he had two with him and the best one was at the hotel. He did not say when Tara had written the notes. He could have brought them with him or she could have written more whilst they were at the camp. Tara discovered that he had told some people about the notes which was one reason she went off on a rant.

Hmmm.so If Tara had passed him these notes at the hotel before the start, how come Darren was SO surprised when Tara told him at the camp she fancied him?. he even said to her 'why didnt you tell me this 4 years ago'.

It is possible that conversation was the first time the subject of the notes had been raised between them. Presumably in the hotel they were never in a position for Tara to tell Darren face to face, otherwise why the notes ? When they first discuss the notes it is quite plausible for Darren to comment on his surprise at Tara fancying him. After all, if he had known her years and not known about this there would be a surprise element to it. Tara did comment that she hadnt fancied him years ago.

no..it doesnt make sense at all. he said at first they were passed in the camp 'on camera', then he says it was 'at the hotel', then he remebers what he said to nigel earlier, and says 'oh..I think I have a couple here'. cmon..its all so obvious there are NO notes. his body language during the Ant and Dec interview told volumes.

Now if only Darren rather than looking stunned and staying speechless for all of a minute had commented on his previous surprise on getting this famous note your post might have made some sort of sense - instead of savouring of desperate special pleading, which is what it does!

If she did in fact give this note to him in the hotel ,.... why write "I can’t wait to get you back to the hotel " ? can anyone answer this? seems odd to me ( although i do believe there are notes )

Let's just remember why Christine Hamilton is a "celebrity"

Her husband and thus her tried to make money out of abusing our system of government and misusing the position that his constituents had elected him to.
