Can anyone record tv programmes using the Homechoice box and a DVD Recorder

I have a Lite-on DVD recorder. When I attach it to the TV or my VHS, I can record directly on to DVD from the scart input. When I connect the Homechoice box to the DVD recorder and choose 'scart' as the source, there is nothing on the screen. I can use the Homechoice box on its own, and the DVD recorder on its own. Has anyone managed to succesfully setup the Homechoice box with a DVD recorder? I would love to know how they did it, and what equipment they used.

I've got my Homechoice box hooked up to a Panasonic DVD RAM recorder. Once I got the SCARTs in the right order, I've had no serious problems.
