Silly Question but.......
Is it possible to view HD broadcasts via the component sockets rather than HDMI ???
If so, does this look any good ???? http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=310770 |

A component cable has the capability of carrying HD signals - but you need a source that can out put hd via component and a destination that can accept hd via component.
The Sky HD box has a component out "to support older TVs" but it doesnt catagorically state that it outputs hd over it. |

cool...was thinking of buying that wireless media box that outputs HD via component sockets.
Ive got 8 Top films in WMHD and DIVX HD on my pc and it would save save running cables every where. |

ive got two showcenters (The 1000g model not 200 like the link shows)
dont bother with wifi cos my mate has 6 (yes 6) and he has a wifi access point bout 5ft from the box and he got clipping when watching movies. its worth getting the right coloured cable up to your server and use that instead (i did, took most of the day but worth it) |
