Talk Talk increase line rental/Withdraw free weekend calls for life.
I see that TT have increased their monthly line rental from £10.49 to £11 but they now include basic 1571,but not caller caller display which costs £1.50p a month with them. This is their second increase in last few months was £9.99p in Jan.
They have also withdrawn their Free 01/02 Weekend Calls for life on Talk 1 I also noticed they have taken their phone contact numbers off their site including the 0800 sales contact number. |

It beats me why they plug the benefit of free calls to other TT customers on the Talk 3 packages, when all calls to 01/02 are included anyway.

The only difference is to 01/02 numbers that aren't TalkTalk customers you only get the first 70mins free, you need to hang up and redial to not be charged after 70mins.
Calls to other TalkTalk customers can be up to 3 hours at a time. What I can't understand is the need to dial a prefix for international calls, when it's their network, unless this is so they catch people out. |
