A truly great story in the world of pop. And a couple of good tunes too, in an 80s sort of way.

Does anyone have their 'recordings' or do you refuse to listen to the scam ??

I love Girl you know its True and when i hear it, even though i know full well who sings it i still imagine Milli Vanilli singing it and dancing to it!

I felt sorry for them in the end, they were just stupid and i doubt the whole scam was their idea.

Didn't one die from drugs in the end? I saw the other one on TV recently trying to prove he could sing and he wasnt that bad actually.

They were puppets, but had no qualms about grabbing the money.

Scary. Loved them and had their album. Yes Rob Pilatus died of an overdose.

In all fairness, they weren't the first or the last to do it. They just got caught.

That's the real shame of it. I really get fed up hearing about what a terrible thing MV did - they mimed to some songs. Plenty still do it and make far more money that MV ever did.

Let it rest now?

Aye! It should have been laid to rest after the grammy was revoked. So many others have gotten away with it over the years, I don't know why they concentrate so much on Milli Vanilli on these lookback programmes, though admittedly it was a big headline in music that year!
