The maximum charge using a BT residential line for any number beginning 07 is just 50p/min or 47.5p/min for customers on a BT together price plan.
Of course, calls from a mobile are possibly more expensive, but then calls using a mobile usually are more expensive.
However, just by way of example, calls to numbers beginning 070 for customers on the O2 Pay & Go Talkalot tariff are charged 50p per minute at all times.
What network provider and tariff are you on?
