Aye... they claim to offer movies from "Nollywood, the third largest film industry in the world, and other major African film production houses, I presume by that, they mean Ghana, South Africa and such likes... Check out www.africanmoviechannel.com

Don't think they can... Homechoice have very shrewdly got exclusivity on this one..., and very cleverly frozen out the competition... This from www.c21media.net:
