Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with email on Homechoice? Haven't been able to send any emails since about 3:00pm.

Sorry for the delay in responding - just got back from work.

Masai I can receive email, just can’t send any. It started yesterday afternoon for no reason at all.

So far I have uninstalled/reinstalled Norton Internet Security in case it was the firewall or anti-virus that was causing the problem but all to no avail. The message Outlook returns is: “! Task ‘pop.homechoice.co.uk – Sending’ reported error (0x800CCCOF) : ‘The Connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).’

have a look at here http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en...e+Search&meta= it may provide your answer, on the face of it it sounds like a poss upgrade prob has created limitations, cors i could be wrong.

Mine's gone this morning - can't send or receive via homechoice or my work server which normally works fine. Have tried rebooting the box but no joy.

Will leave it for a few hours and see what happens.

Been to Walsall for the day and just got back. Everything seems to be working again. Perhaps I should just have rung the Customer Care Team instead of trying to sort it out myself!

Many thanks everyone

Mine's back to normal this morning. To be fair, there's every chance it's my computer rather than them.
