Nokia 7610 Memory Low...Crashes?

I've got a Nokia 7610 and it keeps saying "Memory Low. Delete some data."

It won't let me connect via USB for long to Nokia pc suite so i can't try and manage some files that way, but i did manage to delete a song (3000kb) from the phone ealier...

The memory card has plenty of memory as i've just deleted all the video's via the PC.

When i turn it on it gives me the memory low message, and won't let me do anything it just freezes, and reboots itself and does the same thing again and again.
The only thing it will let me do is press and hold the menu button to show which applications are open, which is just f-secure virus scanner, which is set in realtime, but when i click the 'C' button to exit this it freezes...

I hope someone can help as i need my phone and it's useless at the minute!
