I set up the West Wing to record at 1.40am on saturday morning and it recorded from 2am. I did the same on Monday morning, as i'd missed the first 20 mins on my original recording and it did the same!

Last night I set another programme on More 4 at 1.45 and it started at 2am. I have no idea why?

I've set a BBC1 programme for around the same tonite to see if the same thing happens. Anyone else heard of this problem?

Have you got your clock set to manual and have yo set it correclty? I've got the first 8 episodes of series 7 If you want me to cut you a low qual. copy ie. all 8 on one DVD, couldn't deny a man the enjoyment of WW.

It's not set to manual. I set it through Guideplus like I do with everything else. Changed it to start 2 mins earlier and it decided to record from 2am instead of 1.40am. THanks for the offer but have just made do with the last 40 mins!
