Help, please

Got a new mobile today. A Nokia 7370. All fine except I can't get onto the web. Keeps coming up 'subscribe to packet data first'.

Didn't have to do this on my old one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you might need to get the GPRS settings for the phone, which you can get from the Nokia website.

If sending the settings does not work, contact the network, who may have forgotten to provision the GPRS service.
