Maybe I'm just being thick, but I can't for the life of me work out how to get real WAP on my new 3 phone.

For some reason, it won't let me have the 5MB/£2.50 tariff - barmy. Maybe it's because I'm PAYG?

So I thought I'd pay my 50p for an hour access. Yeah, great, I can access Three's selection mobile sites - BBC News, for example - but I can't access any other WAP sites.

Any ideas?

(Whoops. I've put this in the wrong sub-forum..)

you can only get the internet on contract and that's this http://www.three.co.uk/explore/services3/detailwire.omp on pay as you go you can only get mobile websites http://www.three.co.uk/explore/servi...lMobileWeb.omp and that's £1 for 24hours and 50p for 1 hour

It really seems that you have joined the wrong network.

It has been common knowledge for, erm, EVER that 3 do not not allow access to the full internet, offering PAYG customers access to their selected several approved hundred web-sites for 50p per hour, £1 all day.

If WAP bothers you that much ditch your SIM and get a new one....

Bit hard to do with a totally locked up C975.

This company get better! Sorry, I'm no mobile phone geek. Only curious about what I can and can't make the phone do. And, it seems, it's never an exciting lot.
