T-Mobiles 25% discount is due to finish on 30th April. This offers gives you 25% off your line rental for life. According to the mobile press, T-Mobile are withdrawing the offer because the Flext tariffs are competitive enough and dealers have been unhappy that T-Mobile have been offering such an 'unnecessary' discount. They also now have the SE W810 available.

If anyone wants a further £20 off their bill, PM me to take advantage of the recommend a friend offer.

Do you have any other proof of this i.e. press releases?

Am interested in the 25% off flext tariffs, but am waiting.

Cheers

I have read various articles including the one below. All have stated the negative reaction from independent dealers. When the tariffs first launched in March, they were only offering 25% off on the website and not in T-Mobile stores. Those stores complained as people were going into the stores, having a look and then going home to buy online. So whether the offer is withdrawn completely or just from the stores I don't know. If you order you can cancel within 7 days anyway if the offer still remains.

Just checked the T-Mobile website and the offer is still running. Not sure whether they haven't updated the website because it's the bank holiday or whether the offer will continue to run online though.

I ordered the W810i on Friday taking advantage of the Flext offer. Don't know when I'll get the phone as on their website it says next day but obviously that didn't happen.

Notice the Flext Prices are back to normal today with the exception that the first Flext plan has remained at £15 where as the others have gone back to their normal price.

Usually next working day delivery but as it was a bank holiday weekend, would have thought you'd get it Wednesday. The website homepage indicates the offer is still running but it's not selectable. I got Flext 35 with internet access for under £32. Bargain.

The offer seems to have been replaced today on the T-Mobile website with 500 free text messages a month if you buy a Flext package on-line.

OK if you use a lot of texts I suppose!

Not received my phone today either. Really getting annoyed with companies offering Next Day Delivery and failing to achieve it. Have a couple of places at the minute letting me down badly with failing to deliver on time.

Its especially annoying because I used my credit up on my Pay as You Go Sim at the weekend expecting the new contract sim to turn up. So I've now been with a mobile for three days.

Edit: Just got an email from T-Mobile at 16:41 saying they are experiencing a huge volume of orders which is causing delays in the processing of orders. They will endeavor to meet my order as soon as possible but should expect a delay. In the meantime I'm not to call or email as this will only lengthen the delay. They'll email me again when they have a delivery date for my order.

How crap is that? Could have walked into a highstreet shop and come out with the phone same day. Order direct cause you supposedly get a better deal but could be waiting weeks for my phone at this rate.
