I'm trying to transfer files from my phone to pc. I've installed the software, and when connecting via the USB port the pc is telling me it has detected new software.

I can't, however, get the software to recognise that the phone is there. I've tried clicking on the USB option and it's still telling me the phone isn't connected.


Any suggestions?

I had the same problem, I just reinstalled the sofware, and when the windows hardware thing came up, gave it the link to the CD, and it sorted itself out.

Windows... its really no help is it sometimes!

Now I can't access my phonebook or text messages on it, which sucks. Liked being able to type messages on laptop!
