I have a motorola E550 oay as you go with T-mobile. I've had the phone for about 5 months with no problems. Well, today, I've tried to find how much credit I have by dialing "789" and all I get is a mesaage saying "calls to this number are barred". I've never messed with the barring settings or any other. Why all of a sudden is it barring me from that number/ I've tried to enter the factory pin 1234, but I get "servce not available". Can anyone help..

As far as I know, to find out how much credit you have left on a T-Mobile phone you dial "150" from the phone. Dialing "789" would only work if you had a Virgin Sim in the phone as this is their Credit/Customer Service Number. Hope That Helps
