They have no responsibilty for the telephone hardware - all they do is route the call via a lower cost route. In the unlikely event that you cannot connect using the low cost carrier, dial again without the access code and you will connect using your normal line provider (e.g. BT) Personally I have never experienced any difficulties connecting and have never suffered a dropped call/disconnection whilst using these low cost carriers (calls to mobiles excepted, but that is probably the fault of the mobile network rather than the low cost carrier) |
