HomeChoice Newsletter

Does anyone have a copy of the March (?) newsletter sitting around in their email inbox?

I've just had an email from Homechoice letting me know I've won a Creative Zen from one of the competitions, and I was just wondering if it said anywhere which version it is

Well it's brightened up a dreary day anyway, I'm now a very chuffed fella

It didn't give a version in the March newsletter, just said it had 5GB memory from what I can see

it doesn't state the model but it has a 5 gig memory and built in fm radio if that helps

I just want Caller Identification yet you buggers are getting iPods.

I think I see where their customer service is going wrong.

If you mean caller display, then Homechoice have that at £1.50 per month:

Wish I'd entered. I don't seem to be getting the newsletter. Ah well, one less piece of spam I guess.

jongatera - having had homechoice for approaching 2 years now I am aware of what they advertise.

However they seem to be incompetent when it comes to operating phone lines.

As intimated by my comment it's their Customer Services that is at fault.

By process of elimination it would appear to be one of these as it's the only 5Gb model.. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2004/11...ive_zen_micro/

18 months old but better than a kick in the teeth

(and it sounds like I should be glad I didn't take up the HC phone line offer too..)

Think you will find that it is BT that provides Caller-id and that Homechoice is merely quoting the price that BT charge. In fact it is now available free of charge as part of "BT Privacy at Home"
