According to Teletext today, it's one of 11 different people, but two endings will be filmed.

I can't remember the full 11, but the victim is one of the following:

Gail
Jack
Vera
Emily
Rita
Norris
Toyah
Vik

As it's known that Toyah and Vik will be leaving by the end of the year, my money is on the victim being one of them.

Katie.

Yep, Maxine is leaving - and not before time

She'll do nothing now except panto and lads mag shoots - she's not exactly a brilliant actress, shes *far* too much of a diva (who would want to pay her £150,000 a year anyway)

And she is in a sulk because she's not longer seen as the sexpot of the Street too. Hardly surprising really!

Acting lessons would do her the most good, I think.

To be fair I think Tracey Shaw's acting has improved a lot since she started on Corrie and I've come round to rather liking Maxine (and even her Mum, in fact Pru Gee looks more and more like Max every week).

I just hope we don't have to endure a re-run of the Dr Matt nonsense.

Oh and if Jack, Vera, Norris or the very wonderful Archie bite the dust I'm resigning my membership of Wicked Richard's Fan Club! Why can't he off Diddy David or the appalling Blanche?

If Jack or Vera are killed off - well i think that corrie will literaly plumet like detonator at Thorpe Park. These two are probably the most loved in corrie.

please god let it be david!

I agree he is totally convincing at all times.

Sadly the character he portrays is an obnoxious, whiny, smart-alec little twerp.

To be fair I'm often told by people whose opinions I respect that their younger brothers and cousins are just like Platt with the same mischievious sense of fun.

In my experience this is unfortunately largely true which, of course, just makes it all the more important that he meet an unfortunate end if only to encourage the others.

I don`t think Corrie producers would stoop so low as to have a child killed just for ratings. Adults yes, but not kids.
Jack Shepperd is a smashing little actor, I forsee great things for him in years to come.

It is usual for the expecially repellent or incompetent kids on Corrie to disappear into their bedrooms for a year or five rather than actually be killed off.

I'd quite happily settle for that in David's case.

I read a story on Ananova this weekend that said that Sarah Platt would be injured in a car crash, where Aidan Critchley was driving. She wants him to slow down, he doesn't, she tries to get out the car and as he takes his eyes off the road he crashes. He debates whether to help her or flee the scene.

The story went on to say that as Sarah is left for dead, and it was Ade's fault, then Ade might be Richard's next victim as he wants revenge for the injuries Ade causes Sarah.

Richard's next victim will be .....

My girlfriend, for getting drunk on her birthday and annoying Tracy Shaw at the cinema a while ago (she looked WELL p'd off by the end!!)..... And there was me thinking it brightened up a dull film (Spiderman)

Back to the subject...
Isn't it all just a bit Panto? The other soaps on TV are going that way too, or am I just not getting the irony? Or, is it that the soaps have decided to take their role as panto training grounds more seriously?

Oddly enough the guy playing Richard does quite well in ensemble scenes (and very well indeed in his caring family guy guise) only to lapse into King Rat mode when he's given those little moments to himself.

I sure I heard Tina Baker tell one of the GMTV women that Sarah Lou is KILLED in the joyride crash.

shame really coz there is still a lot that you could do with Sarah-Lou's charactor.

ARGH!! Please God no! not my gorgeous sarah!

And i wish to point out the Jack P shepard is a great actor, simply that if it was between his character and jack and vera, they would win my vote.

AFAIK, she doesn't die. She's in a coma for a few days, but survives!

I read in the paper last week that Richard kills Maxine over the xmas period because she screws up his plans for Audrey.

If Sarah Louise snuffs it I will never watch corrie again!!

It could be anyone of the people on the list and maybe Maxine too.

There is no use posting spoilers here, as no one except the producers and the stars of the show themselves know.
