Angle changing on a DVD
I was just wondering about the facility on almost all dvd players that let you change angles of what you're watching if it's a feature on the actual dvd, (eg. the Big Brother 3 dvd). When you press the angle button on the dvd player does the angles change automatically, (like on Sky Sports Active Football) or does it just re-start the scene with the new angle? Hope my question makes sense. Thanks.

It is designed for films that have scenes in them that were shot in multiple angles eg action secquences. These angles are put on a dvd release and create multiple streams of video . When the angle button is pressed it changes the video stream ie a different angle. Unfortunatly this feature isnt used much on dvd's and many films take the easy way out and add these extra angles as seperate sequences in the extras menu.
