I hope someone can help me here, im having such a problem with registering online for orange.
ok heres my situation....
I was with Orange (pay as you go) for many years and was a registered member online. Last year i stupidly transfered my number to o2 and had a contract with them. I ended that contract January this year and came back to Orange (same number, pay as you go again). Now when I register online it wont let me. I have rung orange so many times and they said they will look into it but im still having problems. The message that comes up if i register as a new customer is "your account is already being managed online and you are unable to register".
I just want to know if anyone else has had a similar problem or if someone out there works for orange could they let me know what i can do.
Its really annoying as I dont want to waste yet another 25p ringing customer services!!!!
