Well Imogen's agents seemed to have left a 'gap' for the Winners Week... it will be interesting to see how she is marketed in the future.

Imogen was one of the nicest housemates this year and even though she was brought down by Sezer, Grace and Mikey at times, overall she seemed like a genuine, caring person. Plus she has brains along with her beauty.

She was who Saskia could've been had she not hooked up with Maxwell. And Imogen might have become another Saskia had Sezer stayed in for longer.

One thing I do not understand is people saying she is a good character but was brought down by other people.

To me, that speaks volumes. Either:

1) She cannot form her own opinions
2) Those were her genuine opinions

Either way, no one brought her down, she brought herself down.

I was reading Glyn's interview today in the Sunday Mirror and he said how he started having panic attacks after Imogen was evicted. These were edited out of the highlights show . ( Sunday Mirror )

Imogen was close to many of the hms, not just Glyn, and important to them, but the producers were more interested in conflict and the 'romance' between Pete and Nikki. It was a shame for Imogen.

I can't understand FMs who keep ignoring the live feed watchers who kept telling them that she was one of the strongest females in the house. Who actually formed most of the opinions other females had in the house. She was also the most diplomatic and one of the most respected.
Which part of 'edited badly' do you guys not understand?

It's almost like some of you WANT to believe the crap the highlight show has been feeding you for weeks. Surely you know by now that the Imogen in the highlight show and the real Imogen are two different people! You've been told enough times by many different FMs!

I agree with you, I am trying to say that their are two options, either she followed people or she did form her own opinions. My argument is against the people who say she was led along, brought down by other HMs. As you say, that is not so, she formed her own opinions and went her own way.

I'm afraid all they understand is that Richard the Turd did not like her and that sealed her fate.

I wish the lovely Imogen all the best of luck for her future indeavours. I hope she falls in love and marries and gorgeous kindhearted fantastically rich man and has lots of children and live happily ever afterwards. GOOD LUCK IMOGEN, you were much appreciated by your supporters.

Watching that BBLB montage it just went to show how little they did with Imogen compared to the other housemates who appeared on BBLB.
Unfair treatment all the way through.
That producer must have really hated her! There's no other explaination!

IMogen kept to the back out of the way on BBLB did you notice that. Even George got more to say!

Also she has not sold a story to the newspapers like everybody else. She can make her money in other ways.

I really think shes disappointed Glyn did not win. When Pete was on stage doing his interview, Wales was in the corner on their own.

I wonder where Imogen goes from here?

bb was any benifit at all to her? Wether we fans like it or not, to the majority of bb viewers [the hl's watchers] Imogen failed to make much of an impact on the show. Most viewers will probably say that she seems like a nice girl, pretty, but boring.
There's no point in us going on anymore about how appalingly unfair her treatment by endermol has been, the fact of the matter is, as from today, she is just another ex hm.
Endermol will drop her like a stone. Unlike Grace, Nikki, Ash and Pete, there will be media interest or opportunities for Imo or any of the other hm's.
Imho, she isn't quick witted enough to get
her dream job as a tv presenter.
Modelling might be an option, but she's a bit too curvy for fashion work.
I think her best shot might be to try acting. But we all know how difficult it can be to break into that.

As i said in another thread, i think it's going to be way more difficult for Imogen to make something out of her time on bb than i originally thought. In many ways, it might be back to square one for her?
I wish her all the very best for the future because she certainly deserves it!
Anyway, whatever life throws at her from here on in, that beautiful, radiant smile will never be too far from her face.

She has integrity, I bet if she agreed to slag off certain people she would have got a newspaper deal. Good for her.


Also, the only housmate to put on weight and still look good, which can't be said about Ash and Jennie.

I think she will get TV work in Wales to be honest.

Not only the Mirror. Glyn saying something about that was shown somewhere sometime because I remember seeing it. It was on one of the BB shows, can't remember which, but one of the last few. (Anyone?)

Perhaps Imogen's role was too subtle for BB.

Not to mention she had no right to look that good with little or no makeup - certainly less than perfect Pete.

I never heard anything about it while the show was on but Glyn talked about it last night during the BBLB show and said how he was close to Imogen and she was a comfort to him and he could speak welsh to her and that the panics started after she was evicted.

Who knows Dixon. I agreed with one of your earlier posts about BB not being a good avenue for Imogen and she could have gone down a different road. However she's now started any possible career with all her skeletons exposed. How worse would it have been if she had got a great opportunity and career in TV only for it to be taken away by things that would have been exposed and exploited eventually anyway?!

If you look back on previous BBs there's always a big media frenzy around the 'big' characters with people assuming they will be the next big thing. Makosi was expected to do well and cash in on her bitch status, Kemal, Derek etc. News paper exclusives, magazines deals etc. It's always an overkill and it never lasts for any of them.
The fact that she's the only one not to sell her soul to the devil yet means that she's turning things down. I doubt very much that the tabloids are refusing to publish her as she was splashed all over the paper for various things while she was in the house.

Sometimes it's better to play the shrewd game espeacially after big brother and not get too close to the media traps that can kill a career dead before it's started. Sometimes it's more about who needs to 'sell out' to make the bucks and who doesn't. And also the type of things they've already been offered that they need to protect.
Agents aren't daft. It's in their interest to make as much money as possible out of you and cut the best deals. With some of them they'll play the short game and you'll see them every where. With others they'll play the long game where they'll protect their interests because big things are on the horizons. So the people you see making the most money now are doing so because they have to. They need to cash in on the BB hype because when it's over they have little or no chance of making that type of money again.

Imogen may easily sink without trace and never be seen again except at the odd film premier but at the same time she's the one with the least BB 'sell by date' gimmicks which make her easier to market away from the circus. People are already asking "where's Imogen?" which isn't a bad thing. The fact that we're not hearing anything makes me think she's getting good advice....and for good reason!

She proved not to be a media whore (all these things are noted by head hunters) and whatever happens, fame or no fame she can hold her head high and look at the future seriously.

I`ve just been looking at the wrap party photos on wenn, Imogen looked stunning .

Considering she was one of the original hms and lasted until nearly the end, one can`t help but smile for her, she is the only hm who is able to talk and dance freely around the room without any problems or angst towards or from any fellow hms.

Zoo photos look like pre bb. and good on her for saying what she did re. vidoe and stories by exs.[where did people hear this by the way, has she done any interviews since she came out of the house]

She's never met Christiano Ronaldo or Dwight Yorke. She spoke to Sol Campbell for about 5 minutes.

That is her in the video that we're not supposed to talk about, though.

In the Zoo interview Imogen states she was auditioning every day before BB7. She's already shot a pilot show for MTV, though her ideal would be to present the ITV holiday show.

Imogen looked fantastic on BB Winners Week... and expressed herself very well in the context of a Mens magazine shoot....
