Yep, always good to see, or hear of, them somewhere together. Nice to see what some initially saw as simply a 'strategic' house friendship is still theirs.

Easily done, but I have to admit to feeling confused when I first clapped eyes on some of those pictures. Why was Imogen sat there reading a book? Cos I'd always thought Ash would be pretty good company at one of those celeb type do's. But it now looked like a book was better company! The horror!!!

Confusion lifted a few days later though when those pics of Imogen and Ash reading copies of the same book turned up. So it was just one of those books Imogen couldn't put down, or leave at home, once she'd got into it. And so nice to see Imogen share her book find and get Ash into it too.

Was gonna post this in a little update with my attempt at a June calendar page. But it's one less link to do so I ain't complaining!

It was a great moment. (In the past the Star has had it as one of their best BB pranks too.) But poor Jayne. She'd talked that day about a HM possibly being sent to the Aussie house. So Imogen got her good and proper.

I remember saying on the Ch4 forum after it had happened that that clip of Imogen just had to make the HL's! But I guess it was never gonna happen. Didn't fit BB's then edit of her for a start. And the night it really should have made the HL's (as the funniest thing all day) it was only a 45 minute show! Making it easier to excise and concentrate on another Nikki or Pete heavy show. Seem to recall it having a dark kind of feeling to it in the end too and badly missing some levity.

And where was Biffra during BB7 when the Sun was going along with Ch4's 'boring' Imogen line?

Enough reminiscing. On with an update. And I'll leave the majority of this one to Imogen herself in an interview on WalesOnline (and in the Wales on Sunday).

Some gorgeous new pics, and old ones too of course, in that little slide show. (And you'll be seeing one of them again later.) I'm not normally a fan of the blue Chelsea, but this White, Chelsea that Imogen likes gets my support too. Nice work on the new photos girls! That first slideshow pic kinda harks back to one of those in an OK shoot Imogen did. No bad thing though as my fav pic is still amongst them. Anyway good luck with the 'new' look and agent Imogen. Hope they both help deliver what Imogen wants.

Now I was saddened at confirmation the Imogen/Matt combo is no more. But heartened that Imogen hasn't given up on the male of the species just yet. And if you read this, us really good ones are worth searching out Imogen. And I have faith you'll find the right one.

If you've been taking notice of all those adverts that crop up on the web you'll have noticed Imogen is being used again by Mya. This time sporting a pink, rather than black, bikini. MYA

And fresh out today we have Imogen once again on the front cover of Zoo. And voted sexiest BB babe ever by former male housemates. Well, can't argue with that! Imogen in top 10 BB babes . Are a couple of them a little smitten perhaps? Well, can't argue with that!

Imogen has contracted Swine Flu, according to her Facebook page.

After I left a comment on MySpace saying it was nice seeing her looking fit and well on BBLB..... and then the pics in this weeks' Zoo of Imogen in Marbella, looking happy and in good form.... that'd be about right!!!

News of Imogen's bout of flu is doing the rounds of the online news community - the Sun, the Mirror, thisisswansea, walesonline, coventrytelegraph and our very own digital spy all now reporting it.

You could say it's spreading like the swine flu..... I never would of course!

Bit of a good news / bad news 24 hours for Jermain really. Always good to be pictured with Imogen, but I just heard he's been banned from driving for 6 months. Well, suspended till an appeal is heard, so it's not completely bad yet.

Those photos of Imogen and Jermaine reminded of this.
Not the picture, although for a change it is a lovely large pic if clicked on, but the words underneath. "Anyone else sick of the long-lasting trend of ballers dressing down in jeans when their WAGs are fully decked out?" It does annoy me a little. How can they get away with it? If I'd turned up in jeans to some of the girls I've dated, I'd have been sent packing with a clip round the ear. Before I'd done anything to really deserve it!

Infact I wore the jeans/shirt combo just to go shopping today. Mind you Jermain's shirt cuff probably cost more than my whole outfit! Haha!! Maybe that's the answer? They're not dating, they're just out shopping.

Well the hour is late, and I've watched it late, but finally I've got round to a delayed date with Fridays BBLB. Now they say it's a small world, and that it's getting smaller. Remember last year we had Imogen knowing Rachel. Turning up on Friday's BBLB we had as Sophie's friend, Chelsea. Friend and holiday companion to Imogen in Marbella the other week. Small (BB) world indeed.

A quick glance at the NOTW site show's they're covering Imogen and Jermain's midweek outing. With Imogen's recent health issue they're laying on the porcine reference's thick and fast. I quite expect the paper to come with a dollop of apple sauce in the morning.

Just twatting about as the reporter says. Or was it something a bit more serious? Spent too long in a wind tunnel that day perhaps? Or been in an open top car... with Jermain at the wheel? Although didn't Imogen once admit to having a bit of a heavy foot herself. So if she was the one driving I'd hate to think what Jermain looks like!

One things for sure though. She does look great in a little black dress.

After her defeat of the swine flu all's right with the world once again..... Imogen's been on holiday!! And bravely she went back to Marbella. Apparently in the Daily Sport yesterday there were some pics of Imogen and Chelsea in a poolside frolic. Wonder if Zoo will have pics of them holidaying together again? Good to know both girls are fully recovered now.

I guess that leads nicely onto the topic of..... Jermain. When news of Imogen and Jermain first appeared I read some of the comments left on various sites, and had one of those sad shake of the head moments. Quite a few miserable spirited people out there.

That's not to say of course that I didn't have my own little negative 'Oh no' moment. Back in May the Sun had run this article

that listed footballers Imogen has been linked with down the years. Now I thought she could get together a good five-a-side charity team from that lot. Apart from one thing.... No goalie!! So when Imogen bagged another forward you can maybe forgive that briefest flicker of disappointment. Mostly though I was just heartened to see her healthy, happy and holding hands again. And as ever I wished her the best in her private life, at work, rest and play, and more than ever now... on holiday!

More recently Anorak ran with a footballers list too.

Now. Facebook. I've got an account over there but I've never really used it. A surprise to some maybe, but nope, not even asked to join Imogen's gang. Infact my account is in such a state of empty disrepair I'm surprised sqatters haven't moved in. But I do on occasion take a look around and see who's about on facebook. And there's now been a page set up to specifically spout an anti-Imogen party line. With the same kind of writings that have been posted here... and there on the web. Now people are allowed to not like her, be critical or whatever. That's fine. And I'm not really sure why I brought it up. But these .... anti-fan(?) pages that crop up have always struck me as being odd. It's just the negativity about them I guess. And now Imogen's got one!

As you lot know I am not exactly Imogen's biggest fan.

But I thought you lot may be interested in the parallels between Imogen and
Amy Leigh Barnes whose ex-boyfriend Ricardo Morrison was jailed for her murder earlier this week.

Imogen and Amy Leigh shared two ex-boyfriends (Danny Simpson and Ibrahima Sonko) and both knew a
Certain Ex BB7 housemate.

Imogen and Amy Leigh, although they lived 200 miles apart, obviously travelled in the same social circle. They may have even met.

Yet Amy Leigh is now buried six foot under. It could have been someone else.

These coincidences have been mentioned on ds before. And as before my thoughts just go out to Amy and her family. Such a tragedy for them that their young and beautiful girl was taken away in this way by that man. Glad he's been put away, and hopefully stays away, for a long time.

That last sentance is ..... hmmm.... a little on the darkside? But speaking about abusive partners in general.... I know you can never be really sure what people are like, and what goes on, in a relationship when the doors are closed. And that sometimes abusive men, or women, like this will take things to there unfortunate final conclusion. But I'd like to think that Imogen is wise enough, and mentally strong enough, not to put up with the kind of physical, psychological or controlling behaviour abusers readily use.

And on a much, much happier note.....

The Aberdeen Evening Express has a story about Imogen's friend Nicola Jolly and her wedding on Saturday.

Don't know how relevant this is to the appreciation thread but...

On Friday I was doing a bit of tv channel hopping and alighted upon BBC1. There was some show on about a Mark fella trying to get a hotel opened in London. I couldn't place him but he looked kinda familiar, and he certainly seemed a bit of a character, so I left it on for a while. But it wasn't till he suddenly appeared riding a motorbike that everything fell into place. Of course, that Mark Fuller! He'd been on Shaun Wright-Phillips Charity Bike Ride last year with Imogen. haha. Nothing like a man in leather with a big Harley to jog the memory!

Well it was relevant enough to link to that Imogen pic again.

Todays Zoo cover has the main headline, ' Premier League of Girls - The 52 hottest WAGS revealed.' There's a few WAG pictures around that headline including Imogen, credited as Mrs Defoe!

Well I know Imogen had a wedding to attend at the weekend, but...... see, now I'm just all confused.

Of course that's Imogen Thomas, a new summer signing to Spur's WAG team, whose extreme fitness helped Spurs lift the Zoo sponsored WAGs Premier League.
