Two possibilties - just press the Opt button and if there's more than one soundtrack listed, try selecting the other one.

Secondly, try using Project X, which may let you extract the soundtrack.

Try searching the Toppy forums, too, at http://forum.toppy.org.uk/forum/search.php

Project X is a java based tool that you can use to manipulate .rec files from the Toppy, and other types of MPEG data, and you can select soundtracks from within the streams.

But for details on how to use it to recover missing soundtracks, you're really going to have to do what I suggested, and search the Toppy forums for hints.
