I don't know why NBC would want her to take over the show - Trump is much better in the role!

Didn't he use Martha for one of his tasks in the first series, or am I imagining things again?

I accidentally found out who the final 2 contestants were by going on the Home & Discovery channel to see when the show finished. I clicked on the finale and it gave the 2 names, Doh!

Anyway, I really do not like one of the finalists so I had to check who won. Thankfully, it wasn't the person I hated. So I can now enjoy the rest of the series without worrying that this person won't win it.

I won't give it away though to anyone who doesn't want to know.

You've already given away to much. I think a lot of people will now be able to figure out one of the last two!

That was so irritating that DH&H decided to say who the 2 finalists were!

I don't think so, people have different tastes and some may like the person I hate. I haven't even said if it is a man or woman.

For example I hate David Beckham but I know a lot of people like him.

I;d be happy if either Dawna or Bethany won - as long as Jim doesn't!

as this series seems to have an interesting variation on a theme, I was thinking today that it is possible for NO ONE to be ultimately selected as no one will prove "suitable"

however, please no one "give away" the winner if you know who it is; I have my Sky programmed to it and am following it avidly; I do think that the car presentation was GOOD and I for one felt that the winning one was EXCELLENT and professional; I am just glad that I am not the person who will ultimately hire the winner or has the job of selecting him/her ( or no one!!)

well have watched the last but one show and now AGES until monday and we see who wins.

Am glad to see the final 2 and i like the "neither of you are suitable so goodbye both" at the end of the car task.

And that spoiler wasn't really a spoiler as i assumed it meant Jim went through to the final 2 and he has not, thank god.

am loving this series, much more normal decisions made on who stays and goes all through.

thanks for the spoiler

anyway, I really like this version, I prefer the more suttle approach, as it appears more friendly and you get to know the boss better...It's also a job I may quite enjoy doing myself.

I doubt there will be a second season as I heard it didnt do well in America?

I love Jim

love to watch him on tv anyway His madantics have left me completely shocked at times, particularly that monkey impression last episode, on top of the coutner - can you imagine living with him? rofl

Really love this show, caught the first episode by accident and have been hooked ever since. Am so glad Amanda and Carrie were booted out, and Howie was useless!!

Glad others think Alexis is scary too, she looks drugged up and not there to me and the way they sit her miles apart from Martha nd Charles seems a bit cruel.

Roll on tomorrow to see the next episode.

i thought the one where they had to plant a garden and they all said it was so much better than a real prize was funny. Such liars!!

people need to realise ( which has reminded me) that we are all in different countries and therfore viewing these programs at different stages of their completion

I am seeing the last of the present series this evening in about an hours time; will be interesting if no one wins, as, judging by the start of the final task , neither seems "up to the task"; does anyone know for SURE that there IS another seriies?

and as to the "rewards"..they are different

and someone tell me why someone has used a "spoiler" in this thread...to what purpose?

I downloaded the whole series last year and have watched it all. I can assure you there IS a winner.

Though whether it's who people want is another matter.

Sadly there will be no more Martha Stewart: The Apprentice. It was axed.

I think this next series of Trump's Apprentice is the last, though. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been recommissioned.

i assumed we were just discussing at Discovery home and health speed. so if its been shown on that, you can discuss (else the whole thread would be in spoilers as someone may not know about whoever went out in ep 1)

Forgot its the final tonight, as it feels like Sunday

I haven't watched the final episode yet, I will watch tonight. I have really enjoyed it but have been watching it along with The Apprentice: US version which I have on dvd. I have been getting confused as to which contestant belongs to which show!

I think it was as good as the Donald Trump show and can't understand people slating it. It was practically the same format and some of the tasks were really interesting. It is a shame there won't be a second series as it was really addictive.

Is it true that there won't be another series of Donald Trump after series 5, I love this show.

Yes, I really did not like the person who was runner-up. I won't say the name in case some people haven't watched the final yet. For some reason, I just could not stand her, I thought she was very arrogant and I wouldn't want to work with her.

Just to clarify things with The Apprentice Donald Trump. Two further seasons have been commissioned by NBC but they will be based in the Los Angeles area, not New York as they all have been up to now.
