It's like the the whole Slitheen/Christmas Invasion storyline didn't exist. Tony Blair wasn't PM in Doctor Who world, I thought that was careless.

I may be wrong because i only watched it once (dreadfull episode) but if so that expalins it. Tony Blair went missing, and dont forget- they are a year ahead due to the error Chris Eccelstones Dr made when he broughtRose home12 months and not 12 hours after they left

The one other error that I spotted was when they first landed in the altenative London - they said that it was February (I think), but the leaves on the trees in the background indicated that it was mid to late autumn.

Well, towards the end when the Cybermen were crossing the lawn towards the house, you could see their breath (another error?), so the Southern Hemisphere UK must have chilly nights

Most machines have a fan to keep them cool so a bit of hot air being expelled on a cold night might explain it?

Not really, the air would have to have a fair amount of water vapour in it, I'm no expert, but I would expect the colling air expelled from a cyborg such as a cyberman to be pretty dry (or at least to have the same vapour content as the surrounding air).

If this is/is to become Mondas then yes, I think the alternative UK would be in the Southern hemisphere as the Mondas seen in 'The Tenth Planet' had the same layout as Earth except that it was upside down.

I don't think this counts as a continuity error, but is just the writers giving us a bit more information.

In The Aliens of London/World War Three, the 'Prime Minister' isn't named, but we know he is a man and he is missing. His corpse is later found stuffed in a cupboard at Downing Street. We are told he was too slim for a Slitheen to use as a disguise and so he was simply murdered. After this, Harriet Jones takes over as Prime Minister.

All Mickey's comment really does is confirm that - in Doctor Who's world - Tony Blair was Prime Minister at some point and is likely to have been the guy killed by the Slitheen and then stuffed in a cupboard.
