Hi there. If you live in and around Dover/Deal, and have no credit, try to make calls.....I can make free calls! Loads of people that I know can also make free calls!!?

Something is seriously wrong at Orange.. apparently it's been like this for days! Network difficulties.... Network busy.

BUT FREE CALLS!!!!

TRY IT!

Okay, I've just been informed this is a national fault.. All customers.. try and make a chargeable call.

I guarantee you will not be charged.

They cannot charge us for this. It's a mistake on their part.

I can also see them charging you for it, no such thing as a free lunch. Espically if the French are paying.

Though if you have no credit on your phone, maybe you will, maybe you wont. Suppose it depends on if the network plays catch up when the calls download from the HLR.

Exactly it's just like when you make calls from abroad, they can take a few days to be billed, but you will be. You make the calls you pay, regardless of how quickly the system is updated,

Well, this is my point. Their billing system is completely borked. I called them yesterday and they even comfirmed this. The only thing is, they cannot restrict calls entirely, without affecting paying customers, and to restrict creditless customers would take them too much time and money.

I am told the system will be back up and running by the 22nd. The advisor also told me to take advantage of this, to quote her 'you'd be silly not to'.
