Have you searched for X-Ten VOIP software? I believe this works on ME.

Have you checked the port settings as well?

I haven't used the software in over a year so maybe someone else who's using it can help, or you could do a google search - it will work once the right settings are in place, does VOIP Stunt have a settings page for this software?

could it be that the ports need opening up on my router?

It could be, if that's the case you need these ports usually -

Port 5060 (for connecting to the SIP Proxy-Server)
Port 5004 (SIP signalling)
Port 8000 - 8019 (for Voice communication)
Port 10000 (for communication with the STUN-Server)
Port 3478 UDP & TCP (also for STUN)

Make sure your domain/realm is set to voipstunt.com as well as your SIP and outbound proxy. You also need to enter your STUN server settings in the Network menu for both primary and secondary STUN server (if you only have one enter this twice), which I believe is stun.voipstunt.com.

Try that first before your port forwarding, and if that doesn't work try taking the router out of the setup completely until you can make an outbound call. Plus don't forget it can take up to 15 minutes to register if you're trying to make calls off the network, but it usually allows you to make on-net calls straight away; one way of testing this is to turn your voicemail on and try phoning yourself to see if it comes on.

Are you accessing this via the software or the web portal ?

I'm not sure whether this will help, if you already have an account, you can access Voipstunt via the web portal by logging into this website, it will allow you access to your account so you can make outbound calls (using you own phone) via the web.

https://myaccount.voipstunt.com/clx/

I hope this helps.
