What is going on with this soap. Its already been dropped by some ITV1 regions. It was on at 1o'clock Mon-Fri on my region (Central) now its been bumped to 2.30 Mon-Thurs.

My girlfriend is a big fan of Shortland Street and will be very disapointed if it is dropped. Is this likely?

Does anyone know anything?

tyne tees show a local news program at 2:30 for 30 mins.

Well I got it off a Shortland Street website and it says that the last contract according to the Carlton Duty office ended on episode 2175, date of airing 26 September.

So they must have bought new episodes.
