Problems with Pinnacle PCTV USB stick

I received the stick yesterday and can't get it to load on the pc.

I inserted the stick into the USB port, where it recognized the device, but couldn't find any drivers for it.

I read that there should be a cd with the pack, but mine came without, so are the drivers contained on the CD?

I've tried contacting Savastore.com, but keep on getting passed around departments.

Try using Google search and type in the name and model number and add drivers on the end.
