Men at Work - Down Under
*D.B.
04-10-2002
From a Sky Premier trailer, (forget what film they were advertising now), there was a version of the 80's hit, "Down Under" by Men at Work. However, this was a kinda 'remix' or 'retake' you could say.
Does anybody know what this version of it is - plus whether it's available to listen to in full in any way?

Thanks very much in advance,

Just so people know which track I'm talking about, (the original 1980's version obviously), I've found a little clippet of it here (Windows Media)

I would check WINMX or KAZZA and it will more than likely be on their.

They carry so much stuff not for commercial release. It was probably a MASH UP of a couple of tracks done just for the trailer.

Hi D.B.,

I believe the version you're talking about was by the original lead singer of the group, Colin Hay. It's taken from an album he released in Oz a couple of years back.

Mind u, I heard a slightly jazzed up version of "Rivers Of Babylon" last night.
