O2 has gone really crap.

I can hardley ever send text messages as they fail

There customer line is never answered.

I should be getting free texts every month as long as i top up with £10. I did this so why am i getting charged.

There email from there site is not working.

This service has just gone crap.

Im an O2 customer (i assume ur meaning Genie - with the free txts)

I am not having any probs with the service
am not being charged for sending txt messages
messages go through almost all the time

wot number are you foning to get through to customer service - i never have any problems when I dial 100

If you dial 4445 from your mobile then you get 02 pre pay customer services.

I finally got through and they said there is a problem with text messages.

Ah ... this has been happening on my 02 Genie phone. i put the number in and senttext, then the message came back saying error.
I found if i entered the number slowly it worked more often.
Hope they sort it out soon, very irritating
