It would appear that the tv does not have its own audio output, the only way to have the 'tv' sound through your home cinema would be if you are using a freeview, sky or ntl box with audio outputs. These will be a red and white sockets on the back (I think Sky uses opitical) you will need a phono lead to plug into your home cinema amp and then watch tv through one of the above boxes.

I have an LG 42PX11, and I can get audio out from AV2 (scart) to phono LR on my amp.

I have this TV and Sky HD and plugged the audio cables from the LG Home Cinema to the Sky box. Only problem is, although the speaker system is 5:1 I only get sound from the woofer and 2 side speakers and not the front one or the rear ones. Anyone know anything about this?
If I play a DVD in the DVD player that's integrated, it plays through all the speakers. So I know the speakers all work. |

Your speakers are connected wrong.
