Does anyone have any idea what time the concerts start? I have just received the tickets for Southampton on the 9th June and doors open at 4. No mention of start time. Some ticket sites say 5 some say 7.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Bon Jovi start around 7-8 after a couple of support bands. I'd say the tickets that say 5 are referring to the show as a whole and the tickets that say 7 are referring to Bon Jovi.

The last Bon Jovi Concert I went I think was `92 at Gateshead Intnational Stadium. When I went The gates opened at 3pm. Me and my wife managed to get into the pit where we shouldn't have been. The first band was on at 5pm which was a rock band called Skin, then followed by Thunder, Van Halen, Ugly Kid Joe and then Bon Jovi. It was a very hot summer's day the concert finally finished at 10.30 pm. It was a really great day out.

You should be fine. Most concerts have a curfew of about 10:45-11:00pm due to noise pollution and what have you.

I'm going to Glasgow on Saturday, can't wait!

I am going to the City of Manchester and gates open at 5. I know that Nickelback are supporting them. Normally Bon Jovi come on at around 7 - 7.30 and play for around 3 hours.
When I last watched at Hyde Park, he should have finished at 10.00pm but carried on longer.
Can't wait.

Ohhhh I felt a bit uncomfortable with that Jonathan Ross interview. I was cringing. Maybe JBJ is just tired of all the touring..... Shame though, I hoped all of them would be there to do a performance.

aaaaaaaaah!!!

It was FANTASTIC!

Here is a wee account of my day....

The weather was amazing which really made for a great day! Total blue skies, not one cloud and just sunny hot weather!

After we got there, we went for a wee drink (non alchoholic as it was gonna be a long day and i didnt want to be dehydrated in the sun!) So we got into the stadium and got our place in the standing section which was pretty near the "golden circle", only problem being the drunks who kept annoying us lol.

The first band on were a pretty good band from Kilmarnock whose name I cant remember, but they had won a competition to play and they seemed pretty good! Then a wee while later, Nickleback played support!

They were FAB! Chad Kroeger was really in with talking to the crowd and getting us all hyped! He made some funny comments about the weather, pretty damn funny! lol! The crowd seemed to enjoy them and when they played "How You Remind Me" everyone was jumping about going mad and singing along!

Not too long after that, the band started getting ready on the stage, we were all so busy looking at the rest of Bon Jovi on the stage and wondering where Jon was that we didnt see him standing on the bridge about a car lengths away from us!!

My mate went MENTAL, as did most of Hamden Park and they opened with You Give Love a Bad Name, which just made the crowd go wild. We all sang along, and jumped up and down it was pretty good. They played a good mix of old songs and new songs, but my ultimate fave was when they sang Everday, and Living on a Prayer. Richie Sambosa sang "I'll be there for you" which was just amazing and they crowd sang along, and took over from him , which he looked amazed at!

Jon Bon Jovi looked pretty close to tears at some times as everyone was singing along in unison, it was a pretty amazing experience!

Every song was amazing! The song list....as I remember...so this may be a little off....was....

You Give Love A Bad Name
Wild In the Streets
Captain Crash and the Beauty Queen from Mars
Id Die for You
Born to be My Baby
Story of My Life
Just Older
Runaway
I Want to be Loved
In These Arms (which was AMAZING)
Have A Nice Day
I'll be There For You (Richie Sambosa ......AMAAAZING!!!)
Who Says You Cant go Home
Its My Life
Bad Medicine...with Shout thrown in for good measure
Raise Your Hands
Livin on A Prayer

Encore 1...
Radio Saved my Life Tonight
Wanted Dead or Alive
Dry County

Encore 2
Keep The Faith
Someday I'll be Saturday Night

It was fab! Totally amazing and they are a fking ROCK band who played a great set.

Id say to anyone to go see them.

JUST ****ING ROCKED.

I took some pics, here are a few!
