AS are just a budget brand name in the same sort of level as Bush
Watch the TV in operation, if you think it has the best balance of performance and price then buy it. |

It is not HD compliant and also has no freeview tuner so will one day (2008-2012) cease to be a TV and will become just a monitor. Saying that there are many £2000 plasmas that also don’t have freeview.

Personally I wouldnt see not having freeview as a problem - as one day the current freeview sets will also be useless when HD becomes the norm.
When I get round to buying a flat panel TV I will get one without freeview (though I will probably get a screen rather than a TV anyway as I have a good home cinema setup) |
