yes, as a direct result of lost revenue through P2P file sharing software, EMI could only afford to sign Robbie Williams for £80,000,000......

and of course, any alleged decline in cd sales are in no way linked to increased competition from console games or dvds, or due to the general public consensus that they are being ripped off by being charged £15+ for a cd.....
