Woah Bodyform, Bodyform for you!

Anyone know where I can get this theme tune?

A scout around google and most other engines is coming up with absolutely nothing

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

James

Question.

Why on earth do you want to have this particular theme tune?

(trying to make sense of your post so I could be wrong) Are you refering to the "Ain't Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Around" song? It is by Joan Beaz. I have had it for ages but, it is on one of her boxsets probably available on amazon.

I always thought it was based on the chorus of "Alone" by Heart?

I'm sure I read somewhere that the "wooah! Bodyform!" vocal was sung by the highly regarded jazz singer Ian Shaw, but I can't find any links to that info now. Is there some sort of cover up going on?

It's for a friend who's a DJ in some nondescript gaybars up here in Glasgow.

We were all chatting about it one night, and laughing at how cheesy it'd be to just casually drop it in here and there.

We're having no luck finding it though!

The 'Bodyform' song was specifically written for the advert and was sung by a session singer. There was an item on it featured in a programme i watched in the 90's....don't think it's ever been commercially available....

It's a question that pops up in pub quizzes from time-to-time but the singer's Stevie Vann Lange and yeah, I don't think it's available to buy and I'm surprised nobody's put it up on the web.

The chorus of Alone, where Ann Wilson goes "Woahhhhhhh, 'til now...". It's one in the same.

Well I always thought so

As stated earlier the Bodyform song was definitely sung by Stevie Lange, I know her so can say I'm 100% sure.
