WAs out last night, so still have the tape of the show to wtach, but I cam in time to see the chefs survive.
At the back of my mind I had a sneaky suspicion that the aim of the show was to launch Nikki Sanderson (after all she left Coronation Stree to become a pop star!!!)Chefts to win!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() (They are the only ones who look like they are enjoying themselves on stage!) |

I would absolutely love the Chefs to win, just for their approach to the series. I love them Too many others forgetting that it is not to launch singing careers but to help their chosen charities and getting far too serious and getting silly praise heaped on them from the judges to fed their already enormous ego's. At least the Chefs get this Celeb X Factor for what it is and entertain some of us into the bargain Sadly I believe if the public and judges have their way, the Chefs will be on their way out of the show this evening

he's hilarious, I could watch him drunkardly dancing all day, and still find it highly amusing
At least he gets really into it, unlike some of the other competitors. Afterall, If you can't sing, Dance. And if you can't dance, Cook. (It worked for me anyway )

So
they're out. I'll be rooting for Lucy to win now as Chris and Matt are both dull as dishwater. The entertainment factor has left the show now! Jean Christophe may dance bad, but he could dance with me anytime!

Nice knowing we all had something in common. And you never know, there might be a recording contract for them next week. |

So sad to see The Chefs go out last night
I mean, what are the odds that 4 blokes could sing so many songs and never once hit a right note between the lot of them - defies logic ...and as for the dancing Their performances were a lot like nouvelle cuisine when you think about it; a whole load of unlikely ingredients that nobody would normally think of putting together served up in a way that bore no resemblance to food (or a song for that matter). Kudos to the Chefs for being entertaining (albeit a bit painful on the ears at times) - does anybody actually care who wins this thing now?? |

I will miss them. I am really not interested in watching it now apart from maybe the final when they might come on for a last performance together. The competitors that are left, take the show and themselves to seriously. It was meant to be a charity fund raising fun show. The Chefs were the only ones who really got into the spirit of the show as it should be. It really didn't matter if they could sing or not - they were the only ones who were fun to watch.
I'm tired of these shows where Simon and Louis are competing for the possibility of signing someone to add to their pay packets and egos - one number one hit and then out of the door when things go wrong. And I'm tired of Sharon's over-inflated ego and bitchiness. |

Have to say the show didn't seem the same tonight without the chefs, yeah they couldn't sing or dance but they were very entertaining. Also it was worth watching when the chefs were still in the show just for the PHWOAR factor of Jean-christophe Novelli,
that french accent does it everytime.

Is it just me or does Ross Burden look like Pierce Brosnan?
I don't mean that in a bad way by the way, even though I can't stand Pierce Brosnan

I don't like Pierce Brosnan either but Ross is OK. By the way, Brosnan has also put on a bit of weight lately. He's just not as tall and broad as Ross so doesn't look quite so big. |
