Is it possible to buy something similar to an Itrip (mini transmitter to listen to your music on a hifi) for a music phone like the Sony Walkman phones? Or indeed for any other MP3 playing mobile?

yes

use you iTrip from your iPod and if your phone has an FM radio, tune your phone to the iTrip frequency! This works with my Sony Erricson W550i so it could work with you!

You've misunderstood me. I want to buy something similar to an Itrip to connect to the phone so I can listen to the songs stored on the phone on a hifi or car radio.

My ideal is to have everything in one box, rather than carry an Ipod and camera phone separately.

You are not allowed to use these types of devices in the UK - They are illegal?

Assuming you can get one that connects through a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, you could just buy an adapter on ebay that converts the sony connector to a 3.5mm and then just connect it to that.

Thats what I use .... connected to a tape adapter in the car.
