I see in the DS Corrie column that Karen is to leave her job at the furniture shop. There are no other episode reviews beyond that, so I suppose we'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

She`s going back to work at Underworlds. Maria goes for an interview there but she doesn`t have the experience so Krens starts there instead. Maria gets a job as barmaid at the Rovers.
I forsee an affair happening with Joe Skinner and Karen McDonald. That usually happens when soap characters first take an instant dislike to each other.
