O2 E-Top Up Help
Posted a similar thread in General Discussions, but felt I'll get a better response to this question her.
I'm on O2 and I have topped 10 pound onto my phone and usually it appears straight away in my balance. But this time its just saying 0.00 pounds. Its defiantly gone through as the payment from the shop was successful etc. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Can it usually take quite a while for credit to appear? Many Thanks

It's usually immediate but in some cases can take up to 24 hours for it to appear. Make sure your phone has a decent signal and is switched on. You may actually have missed the signal sent to your phone. They should send it again. Keep the receipt and if it's not there within 24 hours then contact o2.
I used to have a few problems a while ago with them. |

I used to have a few problems a while ago with them. Will make sure I keep the phone on. I have a good signal so all that is ok. I have the receipt so will probably try contact them tomorrow if it hasn't come through. |

Ok the credit didn't come through.
I'm wondering if I have managed to get my E-Top up card mixed up with my old one? If I use a different one I'm guessing it will not come through. |
