Nokia 3250 - Connecting to PC
Hi all
I've just got a 3250 and I am having a b*tch of a time trying to connect it to my PC. I can connect using my bluetooth dongle and using the cable (in data transfer mode) but when I try to use PC Suite I can't! I'm sitting here looking at the cable connecting the PC to the phone and the damn thing is saying no phones connected! If I try and connect using a cable and the instructions on PC Suite it doesn't recognise that a phone is attached and won't activate the "next" button and if I try using bluetooth it can't find it despite the fact that the dongle software is showing it as there. Any ideas? I'm sure it's something insanely obvious but right now I'm on the verge of screaming. I've never been flummoxed by a phone before and I won't let it happen now! gothelen |

I got a 3250 recently as well and when I connect it to my laptop I don't even bother with nokia pc suite because it is so so buggy and the connection is slow and temperamental. I put the phone into either Pictbrdge or mass storage mode then connect using the supplied usb cable to transfer photos, music and vids etc...
