Apparently it looks like most of the world is gonna be getting this eagerly awaited title before the US - according to DVDFILE.COM it appears that Australia will be getting it in March while America has to wait until the 3rd quarter or possibly later (they also have a bit of news about extras and an image of the cover art which will be used)
BUT - some DVD retail sites are now actually listing the title for pre-order for Region 2 (THAT'S US!) on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26TH, 2001 
...will it be as good as the Region 1 release, though? - we'd have to wait a while to find out (or buy the R2 and sell it if the R1 is any better) - but seeing as the R2 T2: Ultimate Edition is supposed to be the same as R1, its looking good
