Hey All,

Well the moment finally arrived - Robbie kicked off his tour last nght & I just thoght I'd start a new thread for anyone who was either there, or wants to know what it was like!

Personally, I thought it was amazing! Of all his gigs I've been to, this was the closest I got to him - right at the front! He looked and sounded fantastic - never realised how blue his eyes were - Yum!!

Yeah he was supposed to be coming down this "gondola" thing 100ft in the air but the guy working it told him it was "fcuked" when he got up there so he panicked! Still a fantastic show though!

Fair play to him for saying that he didn't feel he did his best - the audience didn't agree though. If he wants to do a free gig for us again - no complaints from me!!

No chance! And even if he was it would make me not his type rather than the other way around!! Still would love him to bits though!

Ah thanks for the heads up! It takes me a while to get back down to earth after a Robbie fix & my brain stops functioning properly!

LOL! I hadn't heard that. After he finished the song & told us what was supposed to happen he himself used the word gondola which I always thought was a boat in Venice, but knowing what Robbie's like I wouldn't have been surprised if it was!! We'll find out tommorrow maybe as he's playing in Amsterdam tonight & hopefully all will go to plan for him!

He played Brussels last night (13th) and the "Gondala" worked fine. He told a hilarious story about how it had gone wrong in Dublin. Superb show.
